Truth does not evolve. Grace does not modernize. The Gospel does not shift.
If preaching says, “You must…” it has already stepped outside of grace — because grace is not a demand placed on man, but a gift of God’s own life.
There is no self in righteousness. Righteousness contains no human contribution. Righteousness has no human origin — but it does have a human recipient.
Everything begins in Him, continues in Him, and is completed in Him.
ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED — THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING
Ephesians 1:6 (KJV) To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
We are not accepted because of our performance. We are accepted because of our location — in Christ.
Acceptance is not earned. Acceptance is not maintained. Acceptance is not upgraded. Acceptance is given, because acceptance is in Him.
OBEDIENCE FLOWS FROM HIS OBEDIENCE — NOT OUR ABILITY
Romans 5:19 (KJV) For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
We do not obey toward righteousness. We obey from righteousness. We obey because His obedience is the root, and our obedience is the fruit.
Philippians 2:13 (KJV) For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
The willing is Him. The doing is Him. The pleasure is His. The obedience is His.
We are the vessel. He is the life.
THE SPIRIT IS THE WITNESS — NOT THE ACCUSER
Revelation 12:10 (KJV) …the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Accusation is the devil’s ministry. Comfort is the Spirit’s ministry. These two ministries never overlap.
John 14:26 (KJV) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost…
The Spirit does not accuse you because perfection is not required of you. Perfection is present in you — because Christ is present in you.
Romans 8:16 (KJV) The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
The Spirit witnesses to your identity, not your failures.
GRACE PRODUCES GODLY RESULTS BECAUSE GRACE IS GOD
Galatians 2:20 (KJV) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me…
Grace is not God helping the old man perform. Grace is God replacing the old man’s performance with Christ’s life.
“Not I, but Christ” means the source of godliness is not human effort but divine indwelling.
Grace produces godliness because grace is God — and God always produces Himself.
WE NEVER FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO — BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO
1 John 2:29 (KJV) If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
We never figured out righteousness because righteousness was never meant to be figured out. It was meant to be born.
“Born of Him” is the cause. “Doeth righteousness” is the effect.
Practice flows from birth — not the other way around.
SURRENDER REVEALS WHAT WE TREASURE
Matthew 6:24 (KJV) Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
If giving something to God feels impossible, that difficulty reveals how tightly we treasure it.
The struggle exposes the idol. The resistance exposes the attachment. The difficulty exposes the misplaced trust.
Grace exposes the heart — not to condemn, but to free.
JOINT‑HEIRS MEANS SHARED ESSENCE, NOT ENTITLEMENT
Romans 8:17 (KJV) And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…
Joint‑heir does not mean equal rank. It means shared life. Shared nature. Shared essence.
We inherit Him, not His throne. We share His life, not His position.
1 John 4:17 (KJV) …as he is, so are we in this world.
Not because we perform like Him. Because His identity is present in us.
WE ARE FREE IN HIM BECAUSE HE IS FREEDOM IN US
2 Corinthians 3:17 (KJV) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
Freedom is not something God gives. Freedom is something God is.
And because He is in us, freedom is in us.

Scripture hasn’t changed — truth hasn’t changed.
If preaching says “you must,” it is not grace.
