Our Story
Open Heaven Christian Church was founded in July 2021 by Senior Pastor Joel in Fisher, Arkansas. God placed a calling on his heart to help believers grow deeper in their relationship with Him and restore true fellowship. What started as a small step of faith has grown into a thriving online Christian community, where the gospel is shared daily, and believers come together in unity and love.
Our Mission
- To make Christ accessible to everyone, everywhere. We believe that nothing should stop anyone from knowing and walking with God—whether it’s distance, denomination, or circumstances. Jesus calls us to follow Him! (John 12:26)
- To build authentic community. Our fellowship rooms are designed to nurture real relationships where we can share, grow, and strengthen each other in faith. (John 13:34, 2 Corinthians 5:7)
- To teach life-changing truth. The Word of God renews minds and transforms lives. We’re committed to faith rooted in Christ and motivated by God’s love. (2 Corinthians 5:7, Romans 5:5)
Our Beliefs
- Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. His life, sacrifice, and resurrection are the foundation of our faith. (Ephesians 2:8, John 3:16, Romans 1:16)
- The Bible is authoritative. God’s Word is our guide for truth, holy living, and spiritual growth. (2 John 1:9)
- The Holy Spirit is our Comforter. The Holy Spirit lives in every believer, guiding us into all truth and helping us remember what Jesus taught. (John 14:17)
- Faith is active. True faith shows itself through worship, love, service, and dedication to God. (James 2:18)
- Unity over division. We respect all Christian traditions, but we focus on what unites us: Christ, His grace, and His gospel. (John 13:34)
Our Independence
We are a non-denominational church—we don’t belong to any denomination or external organization. Our mission is simple: to glorify Jesus Christ and serve His people, following His Word above all else.
We also don’t receive funding from outside sources. We rely entirely on the generous love offerings of our community members. This keeps our ministry pure, Christ-centered, and supported by those who share in our vision. Your donations, no matter how small, help us continue this global mission. Thank you for supporting us! The gospel is too big for just one voice! That’s why we offer a platform for other ministries around the world to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Just as the early church co-labored in the work of the Lord, we are honored to partner with fellow believers to spread the gospel. (Romans 16:3, 1 Corinthians 3:9)
Our platform allows pastors, teachers, and evangelists to connect with people across the globe—sharing messages of salvation, healing, hope, and transformation through Jesus Christ. Together, we can fulfill the Great Commission: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)

How We Worship & Gather
We offer a live Sunday service every week at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time in our 24/7 live chat room. We also host a free discipleship class every Saturday at 7:00 PM CST, focused on the teachings and parables of Jesus.
Everyone is welcome—whether you’re new to the faith or have been walking with God for years. Join us to hear the gospel preached and connect with other believers.
We also invite independent ministries, ministers, and laypersons to use our platform to reach others with the gospel. Our platform allows you to create ministry groups, share teachings, and connect with people locally and globally.
