The Two Estates

The Two Estates

An interesting detail is that we, the children of God, have an estate. And we individually decide how we administer our estate. Some choose to follow Christ and keep their estate, while others choose not to follow Christ, thereby losing their estate.

So basically, keeping one’s estate is to follow Christ, and losing one’s estate is spiritual death. Because only by following Jesus Christ do we have spiritual life and keep our estate.

There is also a second estate for those called by God to serve in a specific calling. For instance, Jesus Christ, the author of salvation, is in the second estate. He sets the example for all of those in the second estate.

Also, the vehicle by which the second estate comes to the earth is through the family of Israel. That family line is chosen, by which mankind is instructed and has salvation in Christ. That is, Jesus Christ sends his prophets through the family of Israel, and he came through the family of Israel. Thus, the second estate comes to the earth through the family of Israel to guide mankind to salvation in Christ.

And although the second estate is sprinkled in the family of Israel, they are few and far between. Therefore, the vast majority of the house of Israel is of the first estate. That is, if they choose to keep that estate by following Jesus Christ.

It follows that if individuals of the first estate can fall, then likewise individuals of the second estate can also fall. To fall is to lose one’s estate, whether first or second.

The prophets and apostles are of the second estate. They guide us in all manner of circumstances. The most important of which is that we should draw close to and follow Jesus Christ.

We should change our personal governing laws (those by which we govern our estate) to be the laws of Jesus Christ governing our estate. That is, we should change the governance in our lives to the laws of Jesus Christ.

Thus, rather than establishing a pattern of behavior and following that pattern for our entire lives. We should change that governing pattern, which we have placed upon ourselves, and follow the pattern established by Jesus Christ. That is, we should supplant the governance of our estate from what we have personally established to the laws of Jesus Christ.

And in many cases, the laws governing our estates are created by some wicked and twisted action of Satan. Some temptation or some weird circumstance that we choose as our line in the sand.

For instance, my Dad rejected the Savior on some basis formed in his youth that he carried his entire life. And now that he has passed is sitting in hell suffering the buffeting of Satan. And my younger brother, likewise, is sitting in hell hating others and being presided over by those who hate him. Not a good fate to live.

So we should endeavor to follow the Savior and those whom he has sent to guide us. Who, by the way, are in the Old Testament as well as the New Testament of the Bible. Nothing is better than the literal reading of the four gospels for seeing the laws of God. Our Savior has laid out his laws quite nicely and made them easy to follow. We simply have to supplant our governing laws, for his.

In conclusion, if anyone questions what religious belief to follow, it has been made easy for us to see.

Who has Satan attacked throughout history? Israel.

What does Israel have that the other families on the earth do not have? A sprinkling of the second estate that has given us the Bible.

Follow the Bible that teaches Jesus Christ. Follow Jesus Christ.
