Jesus Christ is our Savior and Healer

The Bible provides many scripture verses about deliverance. You too can be healed by receiving deliverance from the Lord. Jesus healed many who were sick because they were oppressed by the devil and once they received their deliverance, they were healed by the power of Jesus Christ the LORD!

Here are a few scripture references to help you gain more knowledge of how Jesus healed many people during his earthly ministry on earth.

1 John 3:8 “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.”

Mark 1:32-34
“32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were
diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. 33 And all the city was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.”

Mark 1:38-39
38 And he [Jesus] said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth. 39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.”

Mark 1: 21-28
“21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he [Jesus] entered into the synagogue, and taught. 22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes. 23 And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, 24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. 25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and “come out of him”. 26 And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they
questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with “AUTHORITY” commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him. 28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.”

Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Friends, Jesus has not changed, and Jesus is still Saving, Healing, and Delivering people from all manner of sickness and diseases as he did when He walked this earth during his earthly ministry! Jesus gave power and authority to his disciples to cast out devils so people would be healed of all manner of sickness and diseases.

Praying for the sick by casting out devils is a "sign" that follows every believer in Jesus, we here at Open Heaven Christian Church are "believers" in Jesus Christ, and because we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ the signs that Jesus said would follow every believer follows us as we minister deliverance to sick folks.

Mark 16
 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
