Rissoles.

1 pound hamburger mince
1 medium Onion diced
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
1/2 C Parsley finely chopped
1 heaped tsp Oregano
1 heaped tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
1 C Flour for rolling later.
Method,
Loosen mince so the ingredients can be evenly sprinkled over mince.
After all the ingredients have been added (not the flour), then fold the ingredients in until all combined.
Put flour on a plate and roll into a rissole until the patties are formed.
Fry in Olive Oil, until they are just cooked in the middle.
Serve with vegetables of your choice and Ketchup or any other sauce of your preference.
