Open Heaven Christian Church Online Community (“Open Heaven Christian Church,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Christ-centered online fellowship created to glorify God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, and to serve fellow believers worldwide through prayer, worship, live Bible study, biblical teachings, and Christian community.
This Platform exists for spiritual encouragement and fellowship in accordance with the Holy Bible and historic Christian faith. - Open Heaven Christian Church is dedicated to promoting love, joy, peace. and Truth that comes through Jesus Christ on our platform.
- Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using https://openheavenchristianchurch.com (the “Platform”), creating an account, or participating in any feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. - Global Age Eligibility and Minor Protection
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
- You are required to comply with local laws regarding minimum age in your country.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable legal age.
- Christian Conduct and Community Standards
All users must behave in a Christ-honoring manner including:
- Speaking with grace and truth (Ephesians 4:29)
- Avoiding strife, gossip, harassment, profanity, hate speech, or sexual content (James 4:1, Philippians 2:3, 1 Corinthians 6:18, James 3:10)
- Respecting others in audio, video, and text communications (1 Peter 2:17, Luke 6:31)
- Upholding biblical doctrine affirming Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (2 Timothy 1:13)
- Honor Jesus Christ as God and creator (Colossians 1:16)
- Prioritize Christian ministry and fellowship (Matthew 28:19, Matthew 6:33)
- Acknowledge and respect all Christian ministers on the platform (Ephesians 4:11)
- Accept the Bible as the inspired word of God (2 Timothy 3:16)
- Acknowledge Jesus as the only way to God the Father (John 14:6)
🚫 Strictly prohibited (will result in ban):
- Fighting, strife, arguing, conflicts, quarrels, gossip, and discord among community members.
- Nudity or sexually suggestive content.
- Hate speech, threats, stalking, or harassment of any kind.
- Spam, scams, or malicious behavior.
- Asking for money or financial help from other members.
- Promotion of false doctrine or idolatry that contradicts the Holy Bible.
- Creating any chat rooms that contradict our platform mission in promoting the gospel according to Jesus Christ.
- Antichrist post of any sort that mocks, rejects, or condemns God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, or followers Jesus Christ.
- Trolling intentionally offensive or deliberate provocative language or content to upset others or provoke angry reactions will result in banning and blocking you from the use of our platform.
- Video, Audio, and Chat Use
- Appropriate dress and respectful behavior required
- We may moderate, monitor, restrict, or remove any user and website content at any time without written notice
Any Audio/Video chat rooms created by mebebers that do not adhere to Christ-based biblical standards, morals, and beliefs are subject to deletion.
This policy emphasizes:
- Biblical Alignment: Content must align with Christian biblical standards.
- Deity of Christ: Must never deny the Deity of Jesus Christ as the only true and living God and Savior.
- Worship of Other Deities: Is prohibited and considered Idolatry.
- Morals and Beliefs: Required to adhere to Christian values, ethics and morals.
- Dress Code & Behavior: Members using any audio/video chat rooms must dress modestly before turning their webcams on, and must always respect others in any chat room.
- Consequence: Failure to maintain these standards will result in the deletion of the chat room.
If you are managing or participating in these chat rooms, it is advised to ensure all content, discussions, and interactions remain consistent with these guidelines to avoid removal. Any audio/video chat room created my be used for Christ-centered fellowship, bible studies, biblical teachings, Worship, Praise, or a way of communications for believers in the the body of Christ as defined in the Holy Bible. Open Heaven Christian Church reserves the right to edit, delete, remove, any content on our platform, or in in any chat room without prior written notice. Members who do not abide or compromise our policy also risk being banned from our community – NO EXCEPTIONS.
We welcome all, including others from different faiths to join our Christian platform to learn more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we ask that all respect others in this community at all times while using using our platform.
Audio & Video Recording Disclosure and User Responsibility Clause
Audio and Video Recording Disclosure; User Liability and Indemnification
By accessing, joining, or participating in any audio or video chat room, conference, meeting, or live communication feature (collectively, the “Communication Services”) provided by this Platform, you acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to the following:
- No Platform Recording by Default
The Platform does not automatically record audio or video communications unless explicitly stated. Any recording made during a session is initiated solely by individual users and not by the Platform. - User Responsibility for Recording Compliance
Any user who initiates, performs, enables, or distributes any audio or video recording of any session (“Recording User”) is solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to:- Consent laws

- Privacy laws
- Data protection laws
- Intellectual property laws
- Consent Obligation
The Recording User agrees that they must obtain clear, express, and legally valid consent from all participants prior to recording any portion of any communication session. Failure to obtain such consent may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law. - Platform Non-Liability
The Platform, its owners, operators, administrators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any unauthorized, unlawful, or improper recording, use, distribution, publication, or storage of any audio or video content by any user. - Full Legal Responsibility
The Recording User assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any claims, damages, losses, legal fees, penalties, fines, or criminal charges arising from or related to any recording made by them. - Indemnification
The Recording User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:- Any recording made by the user
- Any alleged or actual violation of privacy, consent, or recording laws
- Any unauthorized distribution or publication of recorded content
- Immediate Account Termination
The Platform reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in unauthorized or unlawful recording activities, without prior notice. - User Acknowledgment
By using the Communication Services, you affirm that you understand and agree that you alone bear all legal responsibility for any recording activities you conduct.
